TradeMind AI is an educational and informational technology tool. It uses AI models (including third-party language models) alongside real market data from licensed data providers to describe chart patterns, technical indicators, trend and volatility conditions, option-chain metrics, and historical backtests for stocks listed on the NSE and BSE, and commodity futures traded on the MCX.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up (including via Google Sign-In) and to keep it up to date.
TradeMind AI offers Free, Basic, Pro, and Elite subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment processor. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own security and compliance standards.
Real broking-account linking (e.g., via Upstox OAuth) is not currently available in the Portfolio section — the Portfolio Tracker is a manual, self-entry tool for educational tracking only. Live NSE/BSE/MCX market data shown elsewhere on the Platform (charts, quotes, option chains) is still sourced from licensed data providers and is unrelated to this section. If broker-account linking is reintroduced in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform; resell or redistribute AI-generated output as your own licensed research; use the Platform to violate securities law, manipulate markets, or engage in fraud; attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls; or use automated means to access the Platform outside of documented APIs.
All Platform software, design, branding, and compiled analysis formats belong to TradeMind AI. Underlying market data belongs to its respective licensed providers (e.g., Upstox, NSE, BSE, MCX) and is used under license; you may not extract or redistribute it in bulk.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that data feeds will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly synced with exchange data, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Market data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable, including around exchange outages or provider token expiry windows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeMind AI and its founders/operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any content, analysis, signal, or feature on the Platform. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeMind AI, its founders, and personnel from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or misused the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

When you request analysis, your request may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, or DeepSeek, depending on your plan's model cascade) to generate a response. These requests typically include stock symbols, timeframes, and technical data — not your name, email, or account credentials.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Broker OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect your broker account or close your TradeMind AI account.
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), hashed/tokenized credentials, and access controls — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
The Platform is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
